Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions
The miggy app offers its basic features free of charge and, as "Treats" for its development, sells "Juice", a monthly auto-renewable subscription, and "Candy", a one-time purchase, as in-app purchases. The following is displayed for these sales under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. "Snack", a monthly auto-renewable subscription, is in preparation; this notice will be updated when it goes on sale.

| What you get | Juice: while subscribed, no ads outside sharing screens, and choosing per person to keep messages on this device for 1, 2 or 3 months (forever on the free plan). Ads on sharing screens (Storage, inside and when entering a room, and upload notifications) are shown even with Juice. After cancelling, you can use the benefits until the end of the period you have paid for. There are no prorated refunds for cancelling mid-period. Deleting your account does not stop billing, so please cancel first. |
