11. Opt-Out
Ad personalization can be limited from the device (iOS) settings or in-app settings (where provided). Google integration can be unlinked from the app's settings, and access can also be revoked from Google's security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). Transmissions related to Google Sheets and Google Slides occur only when you use those extensions. Looking things up for Mi Dictionary (Wikipedia and the providers’ web search) can be turned off by setting reference: off in Mi Dictionary’s settings (harness). Transmissions to Apple's map service occur only when photo search looks at photos that have a recorded location, and when you send a location in a conversation (you can stop recording locations in photos in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Camera). Transmissions to KLIPY occur only when you open GIFs in a conversation or view a GIF you received. See the in-app guidance and the Privacy Policy for details.
