How do I delete my account? — You can delete it from in-app settings. After deletion you lose access to related data on your device and on the server.

How do I deal with an abusive user? — You can block or report from the “…” button at the top right of a DM conversation, or at the top right of the card that appears when you long-press a friend (reporting also blocks the user). Blocking cuts off contact in both directions.

Can the operator read my messages? — No. One-to-one DMs are end-to-end encrypted and the operator cannot read them.

What information do you store? — We do not store your name, address, phone number, email address, location, passwords, or payment information at all. Photos and videos you share to shared albums or rooms are stored on our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Personal-data requests
